Business service terms

These terms set out the agreement between your organisation and Luma Fibre Limited for a business connectivity service. Business services are individually quoted, and the final commercial and technical terms for your service are confirmed with your quote.

Version 1.0 · Last updated 15 September 2026

1. Parties

This agreement is between the customer named in the order form ("you") and Luma Fibre Limited, company number 17275056, registered office 238A Telegraph Road, Heswall, Wirral, CH60 0AL.

2. The service

We supply the business connectivity service described in your individual quote and order form, which forms part of this agreement.

3. Pricing and VAT

Business packages start from £45 per month ex VAT. All business prices are shown and quoted exclusive of VAT, which is added at the applicable rate. Because business connectivity requirements vary, your service is individually quoted rather than sold from a fixed price list.

4. Contract term

The minimum term, renewal basis and notice period for your service are set out in your order form.

5. Installation and site access

Installation requirements are assessed by survey. Any site access, wayleave or building consent needed to install the service is your responsibility to arrange unless we agree otherwise in writing.

6. Support and service levels

Support hours and any service level commitments (such as fault response and resolution targets) applicable to your service are set out in your order form or an accompanying service level schedule.

7. Equipment

Equipment we supply on loan as part of your service remains our property unless your order form says otherwise, and must be returned when your service ends or if we ask for it back. Equipment your organisation has bought is yours and does not have to be returned. Your order form confirms which equipment is loaned and which is sold.

8. Acceptable use

Your use of the service must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or, in serious cases, terminate the service for non-payment, breach of the Acceptable Use Policy, or other material breach, having given you a reasonable opportunity to remedy it where practical.

10. Liability

Our liability to you is as set out in your order form. Nothing in this agreement excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Complaints

Business customers can use the same Complaints Code of Practice as residential customers to raise and escalate a complaint.

12. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the law of England and Wales.
