How this website is built
This website is built to work with keyboard navigation and screen readers. Form fields have visible labels that are linked to their inputs, error messages explain how to correct a problem, and focus indicators remain visible.
The site is responsive and is designed to remain usable when text is enlarged in the browser.
We have not been independently certified or audited for accessibility, so we do not claim full compliance with any accessibility standard. We test the site ourselves and fix problems as we find them, and we welcome being told about anything we have missed.
Telling us about a barrier
If you find something on this website you cannot use, please tell us what you were trying to do and what got in the way, and we will look into it.
You can contact us using the details on our Contact page, and we will respond within our published response times.
Contacting us in a way that suits you
If you would prefer to deal with us in a particular way — for example by email rather than by phone, or in large print — tell us and we will record that preference on your record. See also our Complaints Code of Practice for the adjustments available if you need to raise a complaint.
