This policy explains the standards of use expected on a Luma Fibre connection. It applies alongside the Residential Service Terms and Business Service Terms.
Version 1.0 · Last updated 15 September 2026
1. Expected use
A Luma Fibre connection must be used lawfully and in a way that does not harm other people, other customers or the network.
- Do not use the connection for unlawful activity.
- Do not send unsolicited bulk messages or operate services designed to disrupt others.
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or networks.
- Do not resell or share the service in a way not permitted by your agreement.
2. Network management
We manage the network to keep it working properly for everyone. Where any traffic management applies to your package, it is described in the service terms for that package.
3. Equipment provided with the service
Amazon eero equipment supplied with your service must be used in line with the equipment terms in the Residential Service Terms and any applicable eero/Amazon terms.
